We are pleased to announce that sialkotshop.com offers very low Delivery charges for all orders placed with us on-line. There are no extra service charges for all the items delivered within all areas of Pakistan. The amount you see is what you will pay. Please note that we will only deliver orders after the payment confirmation. We Deliver within two to three working days but if the purchase order is of large quantity, then delivery time will vary according to our agreement.
Important: Please review all the information before submitting an order e.g. recipient's name, delivery address, postcode, contact number & delivery date. Incomplete information such as an address, phone numbers, details of sender and receiver may delay the delivery. Please ensure that all information entered during the order process is complete and free of error. Multi Trading House we will not be liable for any delay in orders due to incomplete information.
World wide Deliveries
Our worldwide delivery process starts after the payment confirmation or as agreed. Our shipping rate is based on a table rate as much weight as low shipping charges for all countries or as per agreed for large orders. The large mean quantity of purchase orders must be 200 pieces or above. We use the best shipping service for all international shipments.
Depending on the order; the shipping time varies between 7 to 21 working days or as per agreed or contract for customized goods and large quantity purchase orders.
We are not responsible for any type of fee and customs duty and taxes etc in buyer's country.
Returns & Replacements

If you change your mind we here at Multi Trading House have a strict NO RETURN policy for any product. No product shall be returned for a like item, or for a cash refund. - The purchaser has the right to return defective goods for a refund, or to cancel a contract without any reason.
- No return for Custom made products.
- Sports equipment is not guaranteed against breakage and/or damage during shipping. Once an item is used it is not returnable. Any bat which is seasoned and/or knocked-in at your request is also not returnable. However, if for any other reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we will gladly return your money or apply your credit to another purchase of your choice within 30 days of the purchase date. Original Shipping cost and Return Shipping cost is your responsibility. All purchases are subject to a 15% handling charge on returns. Actual items may be different than the ones shown in the photographs displayed on the website If the product is defective please return without use including original packaging and invoice within fifteen days. We can change the product or refund cash but we will not refund any shipping expenses incurred.
